Congratulations on your decision to improve your level of fitness.  Whether you are a beginner, an athlete or somewhere in-between, I can create an exciting and challenging program that will help you fulfill your own personal vision of fitness.

I offer one-on-one training, semi-private training and group training. You don't need to join a gym to get the benefits of personal training. You can chose to commute or simply stay home and I'll bring the training to you. 

Depending on your personal goals, you can expect cardio, resistance, flexibility, plyometrics and core training incorporated into your program. All new clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to begininning any fitness program. A fitness test and a few measurements will be included in all training packages.  The results from the test and measurements are used as guidelines to monitor your progress.
